Product Cancellations
If you purchase a product which is sent to you, you may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before delivery or within 7 working days following delivery by returning the product to BIKE DYNAMIX (your sales receipt must be enclosed) with details of why you would like to cancel. Cancellation is subject to the following conditions:1. Products which are made to measure, custom designed, engraved, laser marked or machined to your requirements cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless they are faulty).
2. The product must be unused, as new, in saleable condition and returned with the original product packaging and not opened.
3. Other than where credit notes are issued all refunds will be provided using the same method of payment as your purchase. If the purchase was made using a credit / debit card, the same card must be used for the refund.
4. We may ask for identification (proof of address) to help combat fraud.
5. BIKE DYNAMIX will not pay the postage costs of returning a product where the product is being returned as a straight forward cancelled order. You will receive a full refund of the price paid (including relevant delivery charges) less any collection charges incurred by BIKE DYNAMIX. If goods are being returned under warranty then postal costs will be reimbursed, please see warranty policy for further information.

Faulty Products
If the product you purchase proves faulty we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights. If help is required, please call the number on your receipt or email us at info@bikedynamix.co.uk to arrange for the return of the product to BIKE DYNAMIX for investigation free of charge. General Conditions
We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war, terrorism and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the reasonable control of BIKE DYNAMIX. If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force. We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves, particularly products which are anodised where slight batch colour variance may occur. Natural products may show some colour variations. All sizes quoted are approximate. Always read and follow any relevant manual (where supplied) and adhere to safety instructions when fitting any BIKE DYNAMIX component. Bike Dynamix cannot accept responsibility for injury or loss caused as a result of misuse, abuse, incorrect fitting or tampering with any of its products.Any component designed through BIKE DYNAMIX is, and remains, the intellectual property of BIKE DYNAMIX and may not be reproduced in whole or in part without its prior written consent. If this is found to be breached BIKE DYNAMIX will take appropriate action under copyright and Interllectual Property Rights (IPR) protection legislations.
BIKE DYNAMIX will do all that it reasonably can to meet the date given for delivery. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, beyond the reasonable control of BIKE DYNAMIX, BIKE DYNAMIX may not be able to do so. In such circumstances BIKE DYNAMIX will contact the Customer and agree an alternative date. The Customer will also do all that he/she reasonably can to enable the delivery to take place on the given date. In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Customer the Customer may not be able to do so. In such circumstances the Customer will contact BIKE DYNAMIX and agree an alternative date. As soon as BIKE DYNAMIX has delivered the goods, the Customer will be responsible for their safekeeping and BIKE DYNAMIX will not be responsible for any damage or fault arising from incorrect storage. If the Customer delays a delivery, BIKE DYNAMIX’s responsibility for everything other than damage due to its negligence will end on the date BIKE DYNAMIX agreed to deliver them as set out in the contract. Ownership of the goods shall remain with BIKE DYNAMIX and shall not pass to the Customer until the agreed price for them, together with all other sums due from the Customer to BIKE DYNAMIX, have been paid in full, without exception.

To the extent permitted by law, BIKE DYNAMIX accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising as a consequence of the advice provided.
These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us. Contracts are made and accepted subject to these Conditions of Sale. Contracts that are made in Scotland shall be governed by Scottish Law otherwise this contract shall be governed by English Law and no other.
In these terms and conditions:
"BIKE DYNAMIX" means, BIKE DYNAMIX and any other connected organisation that supplies the goods ordered by you and any successor to its business;
"We and Us" means BIKE DYNAMIX either alone or together with you, as the context requires;
"Working day" means every day of the year except weekends, and English statutory and public holidays;
"You" means the person ordering goods subject to these terms and conditions;
