Prices

The prices for postage and packaging are scaled based on order value;

Orders up to £4.99 P&P = £2.00
orders between £5.00 and £9.99 P&P = £3.00
orders between £10.00 and £29.99 P&P = £4.00
Orders over £30.00 P&P = £5.00 The majority of orders are sent using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service.

Despatch times

We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment - except for items requiring personalisation, please allow up to 10 working days for despatch.

Payment types

We accept all majot credit and debit cards through our online shop, this includes the facility to pay in foreign currency however we cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred on your account for this facility. We can also take payment through Paypal Accounts.

Mail Order

Please download the mail order form from the link on the left (pdf document 20kb) and send it to us with a sterling cheque. Goods will be despatched on receipt of cleared funds.

Delivery Service

A signature will be required to accept the goods, if no one will be able to take receipt of the delivery the package will be left at the local post office and a note left at the premises to let you know.
